Veterinary Visit
Well it’s that time of year again. Off to the Vet we go. Nothing too special about the visit just a routine check up and the odd needle. The upside to having little feeling in the backside means its no big deal getting a couple of jabs. The ladies at Noah’s Ark Veterinary Clinic are always lovely to Geoff and make him feel welcome and safe however it’s probably James that needs the comfort! Hanging at home
The Aussie summer this year has mostly been too hot to leave the cool air conditioned comfort of home or too wet to bother putting on the raincoat and head outside. All of this crazy weather has made spending time out and a about difficult for Geoff so we’ve just been hanging at home. Aussie Day
We don’t need much of a reason to have a party. Australia Day provides a good enough reason so we put a bit of air into the pool, invited a few friends over and had a nice relaxing arvo eating yummy lamb, drinking a few tins of XXXX Gold and listening to home grown Aussie Artists. Unable to participate in swimming Geoff wore his Aussie T Shirt with pride and relaxed by the pool. Maybe a real pool and a set of floaties for Geoff next year? Continue reading Aussie Day

Car Wash
After the scorching heat started to cool in the afternoon James thought it would be a good opportunity to get out of the lovely cool house and air conditioning to wash the dirty cars…he must be mad! Actually the weather was fairly pleasant and besides the hose would be sure to add a little relief. Geoff insisted on helping as usual but was not so sure about getting all wet. Merry Christmas
Well Xmas finally arrived as it usually does, the end of the world didn’t stand a chance against the man in red this year. Geoff was awake early having been awake most of the night, disturbed by something outside. Perhaps the reindeers were keeping him up?
